I’m Chantelle, Your Wellness Wingwoman!

Several people I have cared about deeply struggled with their mental health in silence. Despite outward success and full lives, they couldn’t find a way through what they were carrying, and tragically, suicide became their only perceived escape.

At the time, I didn’t fully understand what they were going through. I didn’t know how to help. But what I kept wishing for was simple: not just more therapy options, but more resonant, human experiences – spaces where people could feel less alone and more understood in real time.

The turning point was my sister.

My Story

My sister was a family lawyer, deeply committed to her work and often under immense emotional pressure. At 45, she was diagnosed with ADHD, finally understanding why the demands of organisation, billing, and constant deadlines had become so overwhelming. She confided in me, as a sister – exhausted, and desperate for clarity and relief.

We searched everywhere for support. Specialist guidance was fragmented and difficult to access, and even looking internationally didn’t provide what she needed. In 2024, she was diagnosed with terminal cancer.

Around this time, I was on my own wellness journey. In January 2025, I attended a Kundalini Activation Practice session out of curiosity – and experienced something I can only describe as a moment of absolute clarity. A message landed with certainty: build a space where people can find wellness online, in a way that actually meets them where they are.

My sister became my first supporter, funding the trademark and believing in the vision from the beginning. When friends tested the early AI prototype, which matched users to relevant wellbeing experiences based on mood, they immediately understood the need.

My sister passed away in December 2025. The ThriveWell Hub is my response to that loss – and to everything I witnessed before it. It exists so that no one has to navigate overwhelm, grief, burnout, or quiet distress alone, or without direction.

The ThriveWell Hub is a legacy built from love, and a belief that the right support, found at the right moment, can change everything.

My Curation Philosophy

You could ask ChatGPT for a list of London wellness options — but it can’t distinguish between what looks good and what actually feels right.

Which teacher holds space for tears.
Which studio feels safe when you’re anxious.
Which sound bath is intention-led, not just “vibes and a gong.”

That’s the difference between information and curation.

🙏

Emotion-Led Discovery

Every selection is guided by one question: does this meet you where you are — whether you’re anxious, burnt out, lonely, or simply in need of joy?

Not what’s trending. What’s true for you in that moment.

🤲

Wellness Without Pressure

We curate spaces that prioritise emotional safety, autonomy and ease — especially for those navigating stress, burnout or emotional exhaustion.

No performative positivity. No “push through it” wellness culture. Just experiences designed to support, not overwhelm.

💫

For Everyday Real Life

We value wellness that fits into real modern life — thoughtfully priced, genuinely welcoming, and designed for more than one kind of Londoner.

💡

Transformative & Unique

We curate experiences with real depth — where thoughtful facilitation, intention and emotional intelligence matter as much as the concept itself.

Not wellness for performance. Wellness with substance.

💌

Authentic Curation

Each feature is personally selected and independently evaluated — guided by real experience, not algorithms or paid visibility.

What Makes My Curation Special

I curate — I don’t just list.

Every space, experience, and practitioner featured through The ThriveWell Hub® is chosen with intention, not because it’s trending, but because it offers something genuinely valuable.

Some are personally experienced. Others come highly recommended through trusted conversations, community insight, and the kind of word-of-mouth you can’t manufacture.

What connects them all is a shared feeling: thoughtful spaces, grounded people, and experiences that leave you feeling better than when you arrived.

I’m drawn to wellness that feels human, beautifully held, and rooted in real care — whether that’s a luxury retreat, an intimate workshop, or a quiet practice making a meaningful impact.

No noise. No performative wellness. Just experiences worth discovering.

Are You A Wellness Brand Worth Discovering?

I’m drawn to thoughtful wellness spaces, experiences, and practitioners creating meaningful impact — especially the ones growing quietly through trust, community, and word of mouth.

If that sounds like you, I’d love to hear from you.
