A 45 min online wind down session every Monday in February. Come find your slow, supported wind-down to help you release any tentsion from the day, soften your nervous system and help you sleep deeply.
This will begin with breathwork and gentle release flow (hips/lower back) and then miving into a nice, long relaxation.
Wear warm layers (on top of PJs) and have a cushion/blanket and blocks or books if you have them
