'Don't Be A Fool' Vocal Sound Bath
In this session we will explore the energy of each of the chakras and how they reflect whether we allow ourselves enough time to be playful – whilst also holding up the mirror to where we might be getting in our own way in life – when we see that we can really move forward.
We will start by acknowledging where we may have kept ‘fooling’ ourselves and then sound into the energy of what we can create if we allow ourselves to play, let go of fears of feeling ‘foolish’ and embrace the frivolous.
In this session I will guide you through a combination of mindset, breathwork, and sounding.
You will breathe into your body, open into a gentle hum and then into the sound of each of the chakra energies before exploring the vibration of your voice in the intention of play as you create a powerful shift, physically, mentally, energetically, emotionally & spiritually.
Including time for journaling in silence and supported shares, you’ll leave the session feeling released.
