We are constantly switched on. Surrounded by technology, notifications information overload and noise. We move quickly, think faster and rarely stop to notice what our bodies might be holding. In a world that keeps us in our heads, our nervous systems have become dysregulated, We feel disconnected from each other and ourselves.
This session is for busy minds. For the overthinkers. For the ones who push through and carry on. For anyone navigating stress, grief, overthinking or wanting to support the emotional work already unfolding in therapy. It’s a space to pause, reconnect and allow the odyssey to process.
Combining Self Space therapy and Conscious Connected Breathwork with Hackney’s We the Conscious Studio, this session offers a way to slow down and meet what’s happening beneath the surface. Giving the body the space to feel, express and integrate, so the nervous system can start to recalibrate and release stored emotion, tension and any unfinished stress responses.
Dress comfortably: Wear warm, comfortable clothing to stay cosy throughout the session. Eat lightly; we recommend avoiding heavy meals at least 2.5 hrs before the class.
