For: Beginners who are curious to discover Vipassana meditation, as well as more experienced practitioners looking to progress in their practice.

You're invited to join this silent mindfulness-based meditation one day retreat including an introduction to Vipassana and other meditation techniques. Experience the profound impact of meditating in a group and learn tools to enhance your concentration, memory, sleep, compassion, and break unhealthy mental patterns. All this while reducing stress, blood pressure, anxiety, and pain. More importantly, you’ll learn how to integrate meditation into your daily routine for sustainable, healthy change. There will be opportunities to ask questions, reflect, and share experiences in a supportive environment.
