Over two intentional hours, you’ll move through cycles of sauna and cold plunge, supported by breathwork and grounding practices. We begin with heat to melt tension and awaken circulation, followed by cold immersion to restore clarity, resilience, and presence. We close with restorative breathwork - a space for integration, reflection and nervous system calm.
You’ll also be held in gentle conversation - guided moments to reconnect not only with yourself, but with the women on this this journey beside you. A reminder that healing doesn’t always happen alone.
