Menopause Yoga Workshop

Menopause Yoga is both a therapeutic style of yoga designed to help people manage menopause symptoms and a postive empowering approach to this stage of life. It is a holistic approach to women’s health, it combines Western medical science and Eastern wellbeing practices to: educate women and menopausal people about menopasue so tat they can make informed choices; give them a toolkit of techniques to help manage their main symptoms so that they feel empowered; give them the support ad guidance to embrace the menopause as an opportunity for self-knowledge and growth. Their will be four workshops as part of this series:

25/04 Embrace your second spring

No need to bring anything, but you can bring your own mat if you prefer
