Sophia Hodges is looking for midlife working women who are capable and ambitious but feel like their energy, mental clarity or resilience isn’t keep up anymore. Over the past 2 years Sophia has been working with midlife professionals on someting most coaches overlook - how your physiology is interacting with your mindset, motivation and habits. She uses clinical grade wearable tech to measure how your body s actually responding.

The Energy Lab starts with data not guesswork. HRV monitoring shows how your nervous system responds to stress, sleep, recovery and activity. You’ll complete a subjective Energy Audit. Then she builds sustainable systems that work with your actual life.
