Brunch & Learn: The science of hormonal balance

This session will shift the narrative that hormones are a burden or that feeling out of balance is something you simply have to accept as a woman.

​You will learn how to recognise when your hormones need support and how to use what you eat every day to support them, so they can give you the energy and confidence to bring your bold ambitions to life.

After the Brunch & Learn, you will have

  • A clear, simple roadmap centred around the foods your body actually needs you to focus on

  • The confidence to make nutrition decisions to nourish your hormones, without constantly second-guessing yourself

  • New connections, powerful validation for what you’ve been sensing in your body, and the energy to invest in yourself from a place of certainty.

  • ​You’ll see exactly how I connect symptoms, blood data and food using a real client case, so this stops being theory and starts feeling usable in real life.

  • ​We’ll strip nutrition back to the small number of foods that support hormones so you leave knowing what to prioritise, not what to add.

  • ​You’ll taste the foods that support your internal environment (and yes, you’ll get the recipes so you can recreate them at home)

  • ​And you’ll be in a room with women who are done with surface-level wellness and ready to actually understand their bodies properly
